All welcome. Much of this meeting will be to present and discuss the results of our recent survey of Tenant Satisfaction with Major Works. We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who took part and invite everyone to see how well or otherwise Partners did. We'll be showing:

• Level of Satisfaction with Partners and the Quality of Work
• Before and After comparison following changes in Partners' working practices
• Best and worst aspects of the work
• Improvements: priority areas

As ever, all residents are welcome - inclusing leaseolders.
